Baked Ham-New Orleans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. crushed bay leaf
    1 (5 lb.) bone-in-ham, fully cooked
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar and seasonings. Spread on ham. Place fat side up on rack in shallow roasting pan.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake in slow 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
