Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. crumbled corn bread
1 c. celery, finely chopped
2 beaten eggs
3 1/3 c. broth
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
2 c. stale rolls, bread or biscuits
1/3 c. melted butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped onion

Preparation

Mix corn bread with bread. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. May stuff turkey or chicken or bake in well-greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
