Peaches And Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small box vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 lb. can peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, milk and pudding and beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a 9-inch greased pie plate. Drain peaches, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
    Place fruit on batter.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and 2 tablespoons peach juice. Beat for 2 minutes.
    Spoon over fruit to within 1 inch of edge of batter.
    Sprinkle on top a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Filling will appear soft but will set as it cools.
    Chill well.
