Candied Dill Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. Kosher dills
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
Preparation
    Drain and wash pickles.
    Cut in chunks and place in crocks. Mix sugar and vinegar and pour over pickles.
    Stir frequently over a period of 6 hours.
    Return to jar and pour liquid over pickles.
