Mex Chiquito Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
4 Tbsp. flour
1 heaping tsp. paprika
1 heaping tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. jalapeno juice
1 pod jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 c. milk
1 clove garlic or powder
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Mix first 2 ingredients into paste.
Add remaining ingredients.
Combine all and bring to boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
