Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, browned
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/3 envelope dry onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    20 oz. pkg. frozen Tater Tots
    1 large (16 or 20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
Preparation
    Mix together browned ground beef, salt, pepper, milk and catsup. Put in bottom of pan (13 x 9). Add remaining ingredients, placing the Tater Tots on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
