Ham Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small ham (precooked or leftover ham)
8 large potatoes
2 c. grated cheese
white sauce to make 4 c. (basic white sauce in most cookbooks)
1 or 2 Pillsbury pie crusts (depending on how large the pie is)
Preparation

Cube ham.
Cook potatoes.
Layer potatoes, cubed ham and cheese until the pan is full.
Pour white sauce over.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Top with pie crust.
Bake according to instructions on box or until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes.
