Sweet And Sour Steak Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless round steak or chicken breast
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small orange
    1 small onion, cut into wedges
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 medium green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 c.)
Preparation
    Cook rice; set aside.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add 1/2 cup reserved juice to 1 cup liquid measure.
    Stir in vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch and brown sugar.
    Set aside.
