Pork Chop Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    6 large potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    3 large green peppers, sliced into rings
    1 pkg. celery, diced
    46 oz. tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    4 dashes Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, brown pork chops.
    In large pot, layer vegetables, starting with potatoes, peppers, onions and celery.
    Repeat until all vegetables are in the pot.
    Place browned pork chops on the top.
    Pour in tomato juice.
    Add salt and Tabasco sauce.
    Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
