Sweet And Sour Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag slaw mix or 1 cabbage, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. lite oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    Equal (enough to equal 1 c. sugar)
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl, set aside.
    In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over slaw mix.
    Chill 2 hours before serving.
    Will keep in refrigerator 1 week.
