Potato Turbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
6 potatoes
1 can creamed corn
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown ground meat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain.
Add onion and green pepper to meat and cook tender.
Boil and mash potatoes.
Make layer of ground meat in bottom of ungreased casserole dish.
Pour 1 can creamed corn over meat. Spoon mashed potatoes on top of corn.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until potatoes are browned.
Serves 5.
