Roasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. pecans
    3 Tbsp. dark syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Roast pecan halves in a
    shallow
    pan
    40 minutes.
    Stir every 10 minutes.
    Add mixture
    dissolved
    on pecans.
    Stir and mix well.
    Put back in oven for 20 minutes.
    Stir 2 times, then add a dash of salt.
    Stir
    well.
    Back
    in oven for 20 minutes. Leave oven door cracked open
    for 20 minutes with oven temperature at 130\u00b0 at all times.
