Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3)
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir until just blended.
Pour into a nonstick 12-cup fluted tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes.
Invert onto a wire rack or serving platter.
