Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 chicken breast (boneless), skinned
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. white wine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Cut chicken into 1 1/2 x 1/2-inch strips.
Toss chicken in combined flour, salt and pepper.
Add oil and margarine to hot wok.
Stir-fry chicken in very hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes, until done.
Drain oil.
Add wine and lemon juice to wok.
Cook down slightly and pour over chicken.
