Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. white wine (optional)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the bread crumbs, thyme, oregano, parsley, butter and wine.
    Wash mushrooms, remove stems and chop them up fine.
    Saute stems and caps in butter for 10 minutes.
    Cool; set aside caps and mix stems with spices, crumbs and wine.
    Fill the caps with the mixture and place on baking tin.
    Broil until hot.
