Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. cooked prunes, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt thoroughly with a wire whisk in a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar, oil, buttermilk, eggs, prunes and vanilla, mixing well with electric mixer.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
