Mom'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. sage
ketchup
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together.
Shape into loaves and bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours.
Put ketchup over top before baking.
