Foolproof Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Heat chips with Eagle Brand on stove. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Put wax paper in pan.
    Pour in.
    Put in refrigerator to cool. Cut up.
