Canning Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. tomatoes
1 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 c. onions
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
7 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
7 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. garlic
Preparation

Combine
all
ingredients
and\tcook in large container until thick.
Add
a
little cornstarch and cook until it has thickened. Put in hot jars.
Seal.
Boil for 15 minutes.
