Stove-Top Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large roast
    1 large onion
    1 small bag baby carrots
    6 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Cover roast with water, Kitchen Bouquet and salt.
    Boil on high for 1 hour, adding water as necessary.
    Add baby carrots, potatoes and onion making sure water still covers the roast.
    Turn on medium and cook for 30 minutes, or until carrots are tender. When done, mix gravy packet with 1/4 cup of water and slowly add to roast, stirring well.
    Simmer for 20 minutes, or until gravy is thick.
    Season to suit taste.
