Grilled Shrimp And Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
    1 lb. fresh or frozen scallops
    1/2 c. cooking oil or olive oil
    1/3 c. snipped parsley
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place scallops and shrimp in a plastic bag. Set bag in a bowl. Mix the oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Add to bag.
    Seal the bag and marinate for 4 to 6 hours, turning bag occasionally.
    Drain and reserve marinade.
