Brandied Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. pineapple chunks
1/3 c. apricot chunks
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. sliced peaches
7 maraschino cherries
Preparation

To start culture, mix all of the ingredients together and allow to stand for 2 weeks.
Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup fruit. This sugar and fruit mixture may be added every 2 weeks.
Fruit is ready to eat in 2 weeks.
Any assortment of canned fruits may be used.
Stir mixture occasionally to mix sugar in well.
Good over ice cream or angel food cake with whipped cream.
