Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 - 20 ounce cans pineapple chunks or tidbits (drained)
5 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 stack Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Place drained pineapple in a greased casserole dish.
Combine flour and sugar; spread over pineapple.
Spread cheese on top. Crush crackers and spread over mixture.
Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes, until bubbly and crackers are brown.
Serve warm.
