"Tipsy" Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. heated milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
    1/2 c. black walnuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. bourbon
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes; drain, peel and mash.
    Chop walnuts.
    Mix in milk, sugar, butter, walnuts, salt and bourbon.
    Place in baking dish.
    Top with marshmallows.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
    Very rich!
