Stuffed Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large fresh strawberries
    1/2 c. strawberry cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Remove stems from strawberries. Place point side up on cutting board. Cut a deep X in the top of each berry. Carefully spread each berry apart. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spoon filling into each berry. Refrigerate until serving. Makes 24 strawberries. Each strawberry is 17 calories.
