Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix flour, soda and salt.
Add oil, eggs, one at a time, and sugar.
Mix well.
(Dough will be stiff.)
Add apples, vanilla, cinnamon and pecans.
Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
