Honey Lemon Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. honey
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. freshly grated lemon rind
    1 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Butter a muffin tin.
    Melt butter and honey together.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat together yogurt, egg, lemon juice and rind.
    Add butter and honey mixture.
    Beat well. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Make a well in the center and add wet ingredients.
    Stir just to combine; gently fold in nuts. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
