Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. bouillon
    1 bay leaf
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. light cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy pan; add the onions and stir until transparent.
    Add mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes, stirring. Remove the mixture from the heat and blend in flour.
    Add bouillon slowly, stirring constantly.
    Add bay leaf and pepper.
    Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf and stir in light cream; garnish with croutons.
