Marinade For Meats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Use to marinate beef, pork or lamb. Brush the meat with marinade every 15 to 20 minutes while it is cooking.
If the meat is soaked before cooking, the marinade can then be drained off and used again.
