Grandma'S Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 pt. oysters, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2/3 c. liquid (half oyster liquor, half milk or cream)
Preparation
    Mix together crumbs and butter.
    Then mix rest of ingredients. Layer in a casserole dish, starting with the crumbs, then oyster mixture.
    Make 2 layers of oysters and top with a 3rd layer of crumbs.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
