Ham And Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced, peeled, cooked potatoes
1 c. diced ham
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. butter or oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine potatoes, ham and onion in a greased 1-quart casserole; set aside.
In saucepan, melt butter; medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth.
Slowly add milk; continue stirring until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add cheese, salt and pepper. Stir until the cheese melts.
Pour over potato mixture and gently mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes (bubbly).
Garnish with parsley.
Makes 2 servings.
