30 Minute Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    6 c. water
    1 large can ground tomatoes
    1 can chickpeas
    1 can kidney beans
    1 box frozen mixed vegetables
    1 box chopped spinach
    Xubitonni or any small pasta
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    garlic powder and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix bouillon cubes with water.
    Combine all ingredients, except pasta; boil gently for 30 minutes.
    Add pasta the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
