Hot Fudge Sundae Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hottest tap water
1 carton fat-free frozen yogurt
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In an ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch square pan, stir flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth.
Spread evenly in pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
Pour hot tap water over batter.
Immediately place in oven and bake 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes.
Cut into squares.
Place on plate and top with a dip of frozen yogurt. Spoon fudge sauce from bottom of cake pan and pour over top. Makes 16 servings.
