Fondant For Easter Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. creamed potatoes
    2 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and butter until smooth.
    Let cool.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Shape into balls the size of small eggs.
    Chill 1 hour. Dip in chocolate coating.
    Keep cold.
    You may add cake coloring to fondant.
