Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. pecans (optional)
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (6 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (6 3/4 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. cold milk

Preparation

First Layer:
Mix together flour, margarine and pecans until crumbling.
Press on bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until lightly golden.
Cool.
