Cheesy Artichoke Niblets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained (reserving 1 Tbsp.) and chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Saute onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of artichoke marinade.
    Mix in rest of ingredients.
    Bake in greased 8-inch pan for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cut into small squares.
