Amber Glow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. block cream cheese
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes or hot pepper sauce
    1/4 c. chopped salted peanuts
Preparation
    Place cream cheese on a shallow serving dish.
    In a small bowl, mix preserves, dry mustard, horseradish and hot pepper until well blended.
    Pour over cheese and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Serve as a spread with crackers.
