Stuffed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts with skin on
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 pt. Ricotta
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. parsley
cranberry jelly
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients (except chicken and cranberry jelly) and tuck into chicken breast under skin.
Brush chicken breasts with cranberry jelly.
Put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
