Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. peeled, chopped apples
nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly except apples and nuts. Then add apples.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
