Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. margarine or butter
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    2 c. chopped pecans or nuts of your choice
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt the cheese and margarine or butter in a large microwave-safe bowl until mixed. Watch this and stir frequently. Mix in the powdered sugar, cocoa, pecans and vanilla. Mix this well and pour into a 9 x 13 greased and wax papered pan. Chill.
