Foo Yong Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, well drained
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, well drained
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, well drained and chopped
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    Blend in flour, baking powder, salt, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce; beat until smooth.
    Stir in all the rest.
    Drop by teaspoon into 1/2 inch hot oil at 375\u00b0.
    In skillet, fry 2 or 3 minutes on each side.
    Drain on paper toweling.
    Serve hot with soy sauce or dip.
