Simmered Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and cut
    1 c. green pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 cube margarine
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. flour or cornstarch
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add onion, pepper and spices.
    Add mushrooms. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    Add flour or cornstarch to thicken.
