Texas Crude Cake(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine (2 sticks)
    1/2 c. plain cocoa powder
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecan pieces (optional)
    1 1/4 c. small marshmallows (or marshmallow cream)
    Mexican vanilla (gives a spicy flavor)
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine
    on High power in a 2-quart batter bowl for
    1 1/2
    to 2 minutes.
    With a wooden spoon, beat in cocoa and sugar,
    then
    eggs.
    Blend\tin
    baking
    powder, salt, and flour. Stir
    in
    vanilla and pecans.
    Spread evenly in an 8 x 12-inch dish.
    Rotating dish a quarter, turn every 3 minutes. Microwave on\t70%
    (Medium
    High)
    power for 11 to 12 minutes until
    done. Distribute\tmarshmallows evenly over hot cake in pan.
    Cover
    with plastic
    wrap;
    let
    stand
    for
    5 minutes. Uncover and spread marshmallows over top.
    Cool.
