Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. soft margarine
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    4 to 5 large tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in pan with salt and pepper.
    Mix Bisquick, margarine and water.
    Pat into an 8-inch pan.
    Peel and slice tomatoes.
    Layer tomatoes and onion/pepper mix over crust. Mix cheese and mayonnaise.
    Spread over top to edges.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
    Top should be browned and bubbly. Serves 4 to 6.
