Broiled Flank Steak Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
    1 Stove Top stuffing mix (4 to 6 servings)
    salt
    pepper
    A.1. sauce
Preparation
    Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
    Lay out meat on cutting board; sprinkle with tenderizer.
    Season as desired and beat with tenderizer hammer to a rectangular shape. Spread cooked stuffing on meat about 1/2-inch thick and roll meat like a jelly roll, being sure to roll with grain of meat running lengthwise.
    Push toothpicks all the way into roll to hold together.
    Space toothpicks 1-inch apart starting at 1/2-inch from one end.
    Cool roll in refrigerator 1 hour.
    Remove roll from refrigerator and cut into 1-inch thick pinwheel slices.
    Baste meat heavily on both sides with A.1. sauce.
    Place wheels on cookie sheet and broil or barbecue for 7 minutes per side.
    Serves 4 to 6.
