Ingredients

1 can beets
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 large bay leaves or allspice
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
Preparation

Pour water off beets.
Place in a bowl.
In a saucepan, add sugar, vinegar, water and bay leaves.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Add orange juice.
Stir and pour over beets.
Can serve hot or cold.
