Vienna Torte(Make Day Before Serving. Keep In Refrigerator.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    9 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. water
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light.
    Add sugar and continue beating. Alternate water and flour sifted with salt and baking powder.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) layers in moderate oven 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
