Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (dry)
    Hellmann's mayonnaise
    bacon bits (optional)
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces in large bowl.
    Sprinkle peas (frozen) over cauliflower.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the peas.
    Sprinkle dry dressing mix over the cheese.
    Seal entire top with mayonnaise.
    Chill overnight.
    Toss before serving.
