Rhubarb Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, eggs and sugar together.
    Add milk, then rhubarb. Put in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 40 minutes.
