Quesadillas(Cheese Turnovers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened unsalted butter
    7 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    8 minced green onions
    1/2 c. chopped pimientos
    4 pickled minced jalapeno peppers
    2 Tbsp. minced cilantro leaves (optional)
    1 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Spread butter on 1 side of tortillas and place on ungreased baking sheet, buttered side up.
    Toast at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes or until brown.
